Internship Program Requirements • Education: Currently pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and summer 2029.
• Academic performance: Minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location.
• Geographic flexibility: Willingness to relocate to an ADM location in North America.
• Availability: Must be available for a 12-week internship from mid-May through early August 2027.
• Background check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
• Work authorization: ADM is unable to provide work visa sponsorship for this position.

Job Summary Support the audit team by using data to identify risks, analyze trends, and create clear visual insights for decision-making. The role also helps test and refine generative AI tools to enhance audit processes.
Responsibilities: • Collaborate with field auditors and use data-driven approaches to identify areas of risk or concern. • Assist in identifying and gathering relevant datasets from internal systems. • Identify relationships between datasets to enable effective joins and support deeper analyses. • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and insights. • Use storytelling techniques to create clear and impactful visualizations that communicate data insights to auditors and stakeholders. • Evaluate and refine generative AI tools assisting in audit processes.
Requirements: • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and Power Query. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and approach problems methodically. • Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality. • Ability to work with datasets and draw meaningful insights. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications • Coursework or project experience in data analysis, statistics, or business. • Exposure to audit, risk management, or compliance topics (optional). • Familiarity with generative AI tools or prompting techniques. • Experience with Power BI or SQL (preferred but not required).

$21 - $24 hourly rate is dependent on graduation date
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
