About this role
To create, design, program manage delivery of process improvement projects with the objective of productivity and/or quality enhancement with lean methodology.
To ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes specifically in FnV unit of Instamart, inventory management and storage, 5S
To ensure high levels of data quality via analysis, action planning together with the business unit
To drive process improvement, process re-engineering, support the implementation of changed processes to improve the quality, productivity of operational processes + systems.
To support the analysis of operational procedures, assisting with documenting and producing solutions
To apply project management in compliance with lean methodologies to ensure controlled, structured implementations, as well as assisting in planning and execution of project tasks
To strive for productivity increases through automation, optimization of operational processes to ensure better quality and customer satisfaction
To find solutions, seek opportunities for the organization that will further operational and strategic goals.
Working closely with product teams to create process and product design flows for manpower efficiency improvement and better inventory management
Self-Driven: Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and proactive approach
Data Analysis: Proficiency in understanding large databases and the relationships between
various metrics
Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong interest in supply chain management, analytical skills, and
persistence in working with data to extract insights

Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing and influencing stakeholders, both with and

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in executing and implementing tasks in a fast-
paced environment
