Securys is an integrated consultancy business. Our team includes lawyers, technologists, risk analysts, business process designers and governance experts. We have built proprietary tools and techniques that work with the class-leading GRC products to simplify and streamline the hardest tasks in assuring data privacy, information security and AI governance. We are delighted to be corporate members of the IAPP, and foundation supporters of their AIGP programme; all our consulting colleagues are supported to obtain at least one IAPP certification. The Role

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of Securys' marketing strategy, brand development and lead generation activities across multiple jurisdictions. The role will take ownership of day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring the company's digital presence, marketing systems, website content and marketing materials remain current, professional and aligned with business objectives.

Working closely with senior leaders, business development colleagues and external the Marketing Executive will support the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns, maintain and optimise the HubSpot platform, coordinate marketing collateral and contribute to activities that enhance brand awareness, market presence and lead generation.

The role will collaborate with business development functions across different regions, providing marketing support, campaign coordination, prospect engagement resources and market intelligence to support pipeline growth and business development objectives. This includes maintaining a strong online presence, developing outbound marketing initiatives, identifying speaking opportunities, and ensuring marketing activities are effectively aligned with commercial priorities.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while working collaboratively with stakeholders across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations

• Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM and marketing platform.

• Support our marketing campaigns.

• Build and maintain marketing funnels and customer journeys.

• Support outbound email marketing campaigns.

• Produce regular campaign and marketing performance reports.

Website Management

• Day-to-day management of the Securys website.

• Ensure company content remains accurate, relevant and aligned with current services.

• Coordinate updates to website pages, imagery and case studies.

• Monitor website performance and visitor analytics.

Brand and Marketing Materials

• Look after marketing collateral and sales support materials.

• Coordinate the production and update of company brochures, presentations and capability statements.

• Ensure consistent use of branding across all materials.

• Maintain central marketing resources, including staff biographies, photographs and credentials.

Social Media

• Look after company's LinkedIn page.

• Create and schedule social media content.

• Monitor engagement.

Business Development Support

• Coordinate marketing content and collateral with external providers, PR agencies and business development partners.

• Support proposal and tender submissions through the provision of marketing materials and credentials.

• Assist with client communications and marketing follow-up activities.

Market Research

• Research speaking, webinar and conference opportunities for senior leadership.

• Provide research and intelligence to support business growth initiatives.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• 1-3 years' experience in a marketing role.

• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations or a related discipline.

• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation systems.

• Experience maintaining website content.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Excellent organisational and project management skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Experience using LinkedIn for business marketing.

• Strong Microsoft 365 skills.

Desirable

• Professional services or consultancy experience.

• Experience analysing marketing and business data to produce insights, measure campaign performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Email marketing experience.

• Basic graphic design capability.
