About This Role
Oasis Turf & Tree is looking for a motivated, personable, and adaptable Turf & Tree Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you'll help homeowners find the right solutions for their properties while delivering an exceptional customer experience from the very first conversation. Responsibilities
• Respond to and convert inbound leads through phone, text, and email while consistently following up on open opportunities.
• Participate in outbound calling campaigns to generate additional sales opportunities with current and prospective customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by responding quickly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline while maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Evaluate each property and recommend customized lawn and tree care solutions that meet homeowners' needs.
• Apply company sales processes and product knowledge to confidently guide customers through the buying experience.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to continuously improve sales skills and product expertise.

Schedule
• Monday-Friday (Occasional Saturdays during peak season)
• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (extended hours to 6:00 during peak season)
