What to expect of your role:
We're looking for a Product Manager to bridge product and technical teams, turning ideas and requirements into clear, actionable work. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working across teams to keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
What you need to succeed in this role:
• Ability to read and understand technical and API documentation, interpret request/response structures, and identify potential integration issues;
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with event-tracking logic, funnel analysis, and analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, and Heap, with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions;
• Solid understanding of how backend services and platform configurations influence frontend behaviour;
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional and technical environment.
Nice to have:
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
You will be expected to:
• Translate product requirements into clear, actionable specifications and tickets for product and technical teams;
• Own the ticket lifecycle from initial discovery and scoping through development, testing, and QA sign-off;
• Coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders, brand owners, and third-party partners to keep initiatives aligned and moving forward;
• Tracking progress across multiple concurrent workstreams;
• Structuring and executing product rollouts, designing and managing A/B tests, and structuring data collection to ensure it can be meaningfully analysed.
Expected Ways of Working:
• Writing clear, actionable specifications that give developers enough context to move forward independently, without the need for follow-up questions;
• Communicating directly and proactively, surfacing issues and risks without waiting to be asked;
• Managing multiple workstreams without losing sight of priorities or important details;
• Taking ownership and driving work forward, even when the information isn’t perfect or complete.
