Contract Mammography Technologist
CompuRay Medical Staffing is hiring an ARRT(M) Mammography Technologist for a contract assignment with a welcoming outpatient imaging center in , IL.
This position is ideal for a technologist who enjoys a fun, professional outpatient environment and takes pride in providing excellent patient care and high-quality breast imaging.
Qualifications
• ARRT (M) certification required
• Current ARRT registration
• Illinois license/authorization as required
• Current BLS/CPR
• Must meet all applicable MQSA, ACR, and ARRT mammography requirements
• Mammography positioning and image-quality experience
• Screening and diagnostic mammography experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
Responsibilities
• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography examinations
• Provide accurate patient positioning and high-quality images
• Follow established radiation-safety and quality-control procedures
• Maintain documentation according to facility, ACR, MQSA, and ARRT standards
• Provide a comfortable and professional experience for patients
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and the outpatient imaging team
