We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Program manager onsite at Ft Meade MD. In this role you will lead delivery execution and overall outcomes for Integration Services supporting mission-critical operations across the Defense Information Systems Network. Under this program, Installation Testing and Acceptance (IT&A) activities enable new/revised capabilities that are designed/built/installed by DISA and other sources.
You will operate as a key leader within a high-visibility DISA program helping shape delivery strategy, drive execution, and ensure mission outcomes across a complex global operating environment.
Our customer is the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and acts as the provider of GIG/Defense Information System Network (DISN) services to the Department of War (DoW) and national security organizations.

Lead Program Execution
Drive end-to-end execution across cost, schedule, performance, and risk for a $62-million programEnsure delivery at mission paceLead integrated teams across Leidos, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders Deliver New Capabilities in a Complex Global Network
Oversee delivery of capabilities spanning global enterprise network systemsNavigate a multi-stakeholder environment with competing priorities and evolving requirementsContribute to product strategy, roadmap execution, and continuous delivery pipelinesResolve cross-domain challenges spanning technology, mission, and operations Drive Accountability & Transparency
Support program controls across financials, staffing, delivery metrics, and performance outcomesDeliver clear, actionable insights through executive reporting (Program Reviews, briefings)Identify risks early and drive mitigation to protect mission delivery Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's + 8 years relevant experience OR Master's + 6 years' experience4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.Active Secret clearance5+ years of demonstrated experience leading large-scale Federal or DoW programsProven track record delivering network or IT systemsExperience managing cost-reimbursable programs with full responsibility for cost, schedule, and performanceFundamental understanding of network architecturesExperience leading technical teams to include assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising on-going technical efforts, and managing contract performance identified by the customerDemonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution across organizational boundariesMicrosoft Project familiarity Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range:
Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
