Join the Infrastructure Platforms team at JPMorganChase as a Solutions Analyst III, where you will have the opportunity to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products. As a Solutions Analyst III within the Digital Workflows group, you will be a vital member of an agile team focused on designing and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for translating business requirements from a variety of stakeholders into well-defined user stories as part of a product backlog delivering technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.

Job responsibilities

Elicit and document comprehensive business requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibilityPartner with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, Controls, and Operations to shape problem statements, clarify desired outcomes, and translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and prioritized user stories.Own backlog quality end-to-end: story curation including definition of ready, detailed acceptance criteria, dependency mapping, and maintaining a transparent prioritization rationale aligned to business value.Translate complex workflows into understandable artifacts, perform gap analysis between current-state capabilities/processes and target-state requirements (process maps, journey flows, decision tables, business rules, and as-is/to-be documentation) to enable shared understanding across stakeholders.Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders by facilitating trade-off discussions, documenting decisions, and ensuring scope changes are assessed for impacts to timeline, risk, and downstream teams.Define and coordinate testing approach with QA and business stakeholders: develop test scenarios, support UAT planning/execution, validate results, and manage defect triage through to resolution.Identify operational and control gaps; partner with risk/control functions to ensure adherence to applicable policies, evidence collection needs, and sustainable controls-by-design.Produce and maintain high-quality documentation (epics/features/stories, release notes, stakeholder updates, RAID logs), ensuring traceability from business objectives to delivered outcomes.Monitor delivery health and outcomes: define success metrics with product partners, track progress, surface risks/issues early, and drive continuous improvement via retrospectives and root-cause analysis. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.Advanced applied experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role delivering technology solutions.Experience balancing customer demands against team capacity to produce and manage a prioritized backlog of requirements.Demonstrated experience translating complex requirements into well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria.Strong understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), product backlogs, and iterative development.Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly at all levels.
