Key Responsibilities
Structure and break down complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and drive analysis to deliver recommendations in a data-driven mannerLead thoughtful, rigorous analysis across large data sets and synthesize insights and opportunitiesDevelop and present high-quality recommendations and deliverables for executive-level consumption, and contribute to the associated strategy and execution discussionsPartner across a cross-functional set of stakeholders to gather the right information, pressure-test hypotheses, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution, and unlock valueOptimize operations and business processes to deliver measurable gains in business performance, cycle-time reduction, and cost savingsApply program management discipline to keep initiatives within scope, schedule, and impact Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. MBA or Masters in Engineering equivalent business experience preferred7-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry or consultingStrong analytical skills - able to extract real insight from multiple data sources; expert-level knowledge of data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI; PythonProven experience working across cross-functional business teamsAble to work effectively in a matrix environment and influence without authorityExcellent oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented, able to connect the dots and communicate complex ideas effectively with executive presenceBroad understanding and experience including service business management, product development, and financial reportingWorking knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma (DMAIC, Kaizen); Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred Functional Knowledge
