Job Summary
The Corporate Development Senior Analyst supports regional business planning/analysis, strategic initiatives, and new business development research. They are expected to build strong partnerships with some major functions and consult on strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate investments.
Responsibilities Investment Management
Assists in evaluation of real estate strategy for each metro and supports capex forecasts on planned developmentSupports the preparation of business cases for new developmentConducts financial modeling and assists in development of presentationsCoordinates with Design, Construction, Sales, Ops, Finance and other departments to determine optimal development plansCoordinates investment approval process and capex prioritizationAssists with creation of investment proposals to executive managementAssists in evaluation of site business performance against plansSupports asset management optimization strategies including expansion, contraction, disposition and reconfiguration of propertiesConducts financial analysis and IRR modelsConducts ad hoc financial analysis and support investment analysis for other business units, including M&A, Strategy, Business Development, and others M&A
Analyzes trends and deal activity in sectors of interest to EquinixSupports analyses of different structural alternatives (i.e., build vs. buy, equity investment vs. partnership vs. acquisition)Conducts analyses to support the development of M&A thesis (the "why") in support of Strategy with the Business Unit HeadsProvides support to senior team members in the development of operational models and synergy forecasts for targetsMay assist with the storyboarding of presentations to drive discussion at the Senior Executive level Strategic Planning and Development
Independently conducts competitive market research on trends that have a potential to impact the business, as assigned by senior leadershipConducts and prepares reports on research Project and Program Management

学士号以上関連分野における3年以上の実務経験財務モデリング、財務分析および投資評価の実務経験ExcelおよびPowerPointを活用した分析• 資料作成経験英語による各種レポート• 分析資料の作成および読解が可能な方 歓迎要件
CPA（公認会計士）、MBA保有者投資銀行、戦略コンサルティング、Corporate Finance、Corporate Development、経営企画での勤務経験M&A、事業投資、不動産投資、インフラ投資に関する経験ビジネスレベルの英語会話力 求める人物像
