What you'll do:
Technical Solution Development
Support end-to-end data center power infrastructure architectures solution, including MVA,LVA,UPS,Busway, PDR etc. as well as DC solution in futureDesign and optimize electrical one-line diagrams (SLD), power distribution architectures, and system configurations for data centers.Evaluate system reliability, availability, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability. Technical/Commercial Sales Support
Provide technical support to sales, business development, and channel partners during pre-sales activities.Conduct customer presentations, technical workshops, and design reviews.Support RFQ, RFI, and tender responses for domestic and international projects.Prepare technical proposals, solution descriptions, compliance matrices, and value-engineering recommendations.Prepare commercial proposals together with sales and bidding team to enhance the project bidding win rate.Act as a trusted advisor for customers, consultants, EPCs, and data center operators. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Global Data Center Teams.Collect market feedback and contribute to new product development strategies.Support customer visits, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and technical training activities. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering、Power Systems Engineering、Related Engineering DisciplineMinimum 5-10 years of experience in data center electrical infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, or power distribution systems.Proven experience supporting large-scale data center projects in domestic and international markets.Experience working with:Hyperscale customersCloud service providersColocation operatorsEPC contractorsEngineering consultantsExperience in pre-sales engineering, system architecture, or solution engineering preferred.
