How You'll Make an Impact Oversee development, maintenance and optimization of Mid-Market and Strategic territories for all applicable sales rolesCollaborate with sales leaders to review, refine and plan new territories, engaging daily at multiple levels to drive resultsAdminister territory strategies in alignment with Spectrum's sales rules of engagement, ensuring effective coverage and balanced assignmentsAudit and review account designations with sales representatives, managing active account assignments and coordinating account merges and associationsGenerate routine and ad hoc reports that provide analytics and insights on assigned territories to inform decision-makingSupport strategic planning and sales initiatives using territory optimization software to analyze and implement territory changesPartner with internal stakeholders to improve data integrity and support territory management requests within the sales CRM

Required Qualifications
