As a 2027 Trust Management Intern at JPMorganChase, you will support Trust Officers and Trust Administrators in administering fiduciary accounts. You will gain exposure to trust administration, client service, operational workflows, and regulatory requirements, helping ensure assets are managed in alignment with fiduciary standards and client objectives. This role provides meaningful involvement in day-to-day business activities and the chance to develop valuable professional skills and industry knowledge.
The program is designed to provide a fixed-term, full-time experience beginning in Summer 2027 for a period of up to 10 weeks.
Job responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day trust administration activities, including document management, reporting, and data maintenanceSupport Trust Officers and Trust Administrators with account administration and client service activitiesAssist with the preparation, review, and organization of trust and financial documentationParticipate in projects from initiation through completion, including process documentation, automation, and continuous improvement initiativesProvide exceptional client service while assisting with client outreach, follow-up requests, and collection of required documentationMaintain accurate records and ensure information is updated within applicable systems and databasesAdhere to the firm's risk and control standards while helping protect client information and assetsCollaborate with team members and business partners to support departmental priorities and deliver quality outcomes Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2030Strong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamDemonstrated professionalism and ability to handle confidential information appropriatelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Demonstrated interest in Wealth Management, Trust Administration, Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience building relationships, serving others, or leading initiatives through coursework, student organizations, athletics, volunteer activities, community engagement, internships, or part-time employment.Experience working with data, reporting, or process improvement initiativesProficiency with AI-powered productivity and research tools, with the ability to apply them responsibly to support analysis, communication, and problem-solving.
