WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As a Maintenance Team Coach, you will partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Leadership, Safety, Facilities, Planning, and Reliability teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians while driving alignment across shifts and functional teams to support operational goals, equipment performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
Technical degree, skilled trades certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment3+ years of experience leading or coaching maintenance teamsStrong understanding of electrical and mechanical systemsExperience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance planning processesKnowledge of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and reliability principlesUnderstanding of labor practices and employee relations fundamentalsExperience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actionsStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certificationState trade license or equivalent technical certificationTPM (Total Productive Maintenance) certificationExperience using SAP CMMS, PEGA, and related maintenance systems WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As the Maintenance Team Coach, you will lead daily maintenance execution on the designated shift while ensuring the highest standards of safety, equipment reliability, and team performance. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, prioritizing work based on production requirements, and developing a high-performing team capable of supporting the evolving needs of Air Manufacturing Innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead maintenance teams in the execution of preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activitiesEnsure compliance with all safety, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), permit, and regulatory requirementsPrioritize maintenance work based on production schedules, operational risks, and business prioritiesCoordinate maintenance handoffs and communicate equipment status and critical updates to Production LeadershipDrive equipment reliability improvements through effective maintenance planning and executionDevelop team capability through coaching, training plans, skill matrices, and performance managementFoster a culture of accountability, engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvementSupport troubleshooting and rapid response efforts to minimize downtime and improve operational performanceLead safety investigations, corrective actions, and risk reduction initiativesEnsure completion of required technical, safety, and compliance training across the maintenance teamMonitor maintenance performance metrics and drive actions to improve results This role is responsible for creating a safe, reliable, and high-performing maintenance organization that enables world-class manufacturing results while developing the next generation of maintenance talent.
