Job Summary:
Completes diagnostics, repairs and rebuilds on engine products in a service workshop under limited supervision.
We are looking for a talented Engine Workshop Technician to join our Distribution business in (Orlando, FL).

Will make an impact in the following ways:
Complete repairs on engine products in a service shopPerform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic toolsMaintain detailed records of serviced vehiclesAdhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policiesOngoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins productsMaintain own tools In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
Completes complex internal engine repairsPerforms engine overhauls unassistedDetailed understanding of the aftertreatment system and componentsProficient experience with engine diagnostic software Education, Licenses, Certifications: Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)Vocational diploma from relevant technical institutionLocally valid driving permit (Preferred)This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products At times business demands require mandatory overtime including starting early and staying late followed by weekends, holidays and major holidays as needed. It's a big ask and when we make those big asks, we pay just as big - double time on Sunday and triple time on holidays-

This position is subject to Federal Transit Administration random and pre-employment drug testing requirements. Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
