The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Specialist to join our HR Operations team in Sweden, with a focus on Time Management. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is eager to learn and grow.

As part of our HR team, you will support employees and managers with time-related questions and processes while learning from experienced colleagues across HR Operations, Payroll, and other HR functions.
How you'll make an impact
Support employees and managers with time and attendance related inquiries.Process and resolve HR Time tickets received through service management tools.Assist with corrections and updates in time management systems.Monitor time-related transactions and ensure data accuracy.Support payroll preparation activities by validating time data and resolving discrepancies.Assist with period-end controls and reconciliation activitiesPrepare communications and user instructions. Identify opportunities to simplify and improve HR processes. Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Payroll Admin, or a related field0-2 years' experience in HR Admin, Shared Services, Payroll, Customer Service, or similarExcellent attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solvingGood communication skills in Swedish and EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel We believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and rewarded.
