Job Purpose The High Voltage GIS Site Supervisor is responsible for on-site supervision of installation, maintenance, repair, and modernization (retrofit) activities for GIS substations. The role represents GE Vernova on site and ensures work is executed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with EHS requirements, U.S. regulations, and GE Vernova standards.

Skills & Qualifications Proven expertise with High Voltage GIS substations (69 kV - 800 kV)Strong background in installation, maintenance, repair, and retrofit activitiesSolid knowledge of EHS, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and LOTO requirementsAbility to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and layout drawingsStrong field leadership and customer communication skillsFluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plusLegal authorization to work in the United States
Education Technical degree or engineering background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent HV, EHS, OSHA, NFPA 70E certifications are an advantage
For candidates applying to a Canadian-based position, the pay range for this position is between $ 88,900.00 and $133,300 CAD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $78,800.00 and $131,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
