About the team Our mission is to build a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team provides safety and non-safety data annotation services, search operation services, and customer support for TikTok's global products, helping the products build a complete and reliable data ecosystem and security system.
As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities: -Build business requirement dashboards.Take on data dashboard building requests across all business directions, and deliver accurate and actionable data. -Support business decision-making through data analysis, identify efficiency bottlenecks and quality issues, and produce actionable improvement recommendations. -Support scientific validation in automated data production, including but not limited to the scientific rigor of datasets and the reasonableness of implementation verification.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: -Education & Major: Currently pursuing a Undergraduate in STEM or a related data science discipline. Basic logical and analytical skills required; -Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Able to independently communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with product & R&D teams, frontline staff, and BPO partners. -Internship Availability Onboard by October, 3-5 days per week, for a continuous internship of 3 months.
Preferred Qualifications: -Comprehensive Competencies Meticulous, patient, and responsible with strong execution and problem-summarization skills. -Clear thinker, highly responsive, and a collaborative team player . Able to adapt to periods of high-intensity, detail-oriented work
