RESPONSIBILITIES
About this role:
The Business Systems Analyst Intern supports ongoing efforts to improve business processes and operational efficiency by assisting with the analysis of business requirements and identifying opportunities for process enhancements. This role collaborates with team members to gather information, evaluate workflows, and contribute to initiatives that help streamline operations and improve productivity.
The intern also helps maintain system documentation, develop workflow diagrams, prepare reports by analyzing data and trends, and provide support to end users as needed. This position offers hands-on experience in business analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to special projects and team objectives.
In this role you will:
Assist in development and implementing business strategies to improve operational processing and productivityHelp analyze process for the business and/or user requirementsProvide support for users by writing and maintaining system documentation, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, providing user support and trainingPrepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trendsContribute to team effort by completing special projects as needed

Junior or Senior classification PrefMust possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4 point scale) overall GPA ReqHigh School DiplomaAssociate DegreeBachelor's Degree Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a business related field RequiredMaster's Degree Our program offers:
