About this role
The FP&A Intern will support the team in financial planning, reporting, and business performance processes across franchises and operating units. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to ongoing business projects and developing new skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the FP&A team in daily financial planning and reporting activities, including monthly reporting, forecasting, rolling estimate, and budgeting processesHelp track business and financial performance through basic variance analysis and data validationSupport consolidation of financial and operational data from cross-functional teamsContribute to the team's simplification and digitalization agendaSupport maintenance and improvement of planning and reporting tools/files to increase efficiency and accuracyProvide ad-hoc analytical and operational support to finance and cross-functional teams when neededTake an active role in team projects and ongoing finance initiatives while gaining hands-on experience and developing new skills Qualifications:
3rd year undergraduate student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldStrong interest in finance, and business performance managementGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesProficient in written and spoken EnglishCurious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Location(s): Trkiye
