Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely execution and system accuracyProvide visibility on supply constraints, risks, and expected availability dates to stakeholdersAnalyze inventory coverage (DOS) and identify root causes of deviations, driving corrective actionsManage replenishment for ROP and MTO SKUs to ensure continuity of supplyTrack and mitigate backorders (BO) to minimize customer impactSupport business inquiries and ensure clear, timely communicationOversee Phase-In / Phase-Out processes to ensure smooth product transitionsEnsure supply readiness for key projectsMaintain planning parameters and review inventory policies (e.g., DOH)Ensure availability and tracking of equipment and components, including forecast alignment Behavioral Competencies
Strong analytical thinking and critical mindsetOrganization and attention to detailClear communication (cross-functional interaction)Ability to influence without authorityProactive in identifying risks and opportunitiesAdaptability in dynamic and changing environments Expected Education
Bachelor's degree in: Business AdministrationEngineering (Production, Industrial, Logistics)EconomicsStatistics or MathematicsPreferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Planning, or AnalyticsSpecialized training in S&OP, Demand Planning, or Forecasting Differentiators (especially in LATAM/global environments)
