About this role
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related field.
Master’s degree or additional HR/labor law training is an advantage.
5+ years of progressive HR coordination/ supervising role, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or industrial environment.
Experience working with Swedish employment legislation, collective agreements, union cooperation, and employee relations matters is strongly preferred.
Good understanding of work environment responsibilities, rehabilitation processes, sick leave follow-up, and cooperation with occupational health providers in Sweden.
Experience supporting a shift-based or operational workforce is an advantage.
Ability and willingness to work full-time onsite at the Åmål manufacturing site are required.
