Join Our Leisure Team – Where No Two Days Are the Same! This role is running 16th October - 29th October, 16 Hours. At Butlin’s, Getting Stuck In is more than just a value — it’s how we make magic happen for our guests. We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and flexible Team Members who love variety and thrive on making people smile. You’ll be right at the heart of the fun — guiding, encouraging, and interacting with guests of all ages. Previous experience in sports coaching or activity delivery is a bonus, but it’s not essential. What really matters is your can-do attitude , positive energy , and passion for creating memorable moments . We’re looking for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning new things, working with different teams, and making every guest feel special. You’ll need to be confident leading activities, chatting with guests, and jumping into new tasks with enthusiasm. Whether you’re looking for a short-term opportunity or a long-term career path with Butlin’s, this role offers fantastic hands-on experience in some of our most guest-facing areas. Our resort operates seven days a week, so you’ll need to be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
