We're looking for a Business Analyst to play a key role in identifying business needs, improving processes, and delivering solutions that create real value. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering the chance to work across a variety of business and technology initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to drive meaningful change and continuous improvement. Working across a variety of projects and initiatives, you'll engage with stakeholders to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape solutions that drive efficiency, support business objectives, and enhance the user experience. Key Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document current and future business processes. Gather, validate, and document business requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned to business needs. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, or other appropriate documentation. Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working. Support the evaluation of potential solutions, including third-party applications where appropriate. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to assess benefits, risks, and business value. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements and build consensus. Support testing activities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are fit for purpose. Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and supporting materials. Contribute to successful business change by supporting implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement activities.
