Nüvitek is seeking a Senior Power BI Analyst to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and related technologies. This role will serve as a technical expert in data analysis and business intelligence, leveraging AI technologies to uncover insights and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, evaluate emerging BI and AI capabilities, and help shape innovative analytics solutions. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Nuvitek's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments. Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex business intelligence and data visualization solutions using Microsoft Power BI and related Microsoft technologies. Design and develop sophisticated Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and data visualizations that transform complex data into actionable business insights. Develop advanced data transformation and analytical solutions using Power Query, DAX, and related tools. Analyze complex datasets to identify meaningful patterns, trends, relationships, and opportunities that support data-driven decision-making. Apply advanced analytical techniques and emerging AI technologies to enhance business intelligence capabilities and uncover deeper insights from organizational data. Lead major technical assignments involving business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, and analytics solutions across multiple projects. Evaluate business intelligence solution performance and recommend significant improvements to enhance usability, efficiency, scalability, and overall business value. Serve as a technical expert and subject matter resource for Power BI, data analysis, business intelligence, and related technologies across multiple project assignments. Provide authoritative technical guidance on data analysis and business intelligence approaches, methodologies, and best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, technical teams, and leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into effective analytical solutions. Develop and communicate data-driven findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Establish and promote standards for Power BI development, data visualization, analytical methodologies, and business intelligence practices. Evaluate emerging business intelligence, analytics, and AI technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate them into Nüvitek solutions. Provide technical leadership during solution design, development, implementation, testing, and deployment activities. Mentor and provide technical guidance to other analysts and team members working with Power BI and business intelligence technologies. Contribute to the advancement of organizational business intelligence practices, methodologies, and technical capabilities.
