About this role
We’re looking for full time and part time reliable, friendly and conscientious individuals to support our water mains replacement programme by hand-delivering important notification letters to households and businesses ahead of work starting in their community. The work areas will be in Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire. This is a customer facing role and an important step in providing our customers with a continued positive customer experience. Ensure letters are delivered securely and to the correct properties Engage politely and professionally within local communities Report access issues or concerns back to the central team Drive and use a company van safely and responsibly Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements, with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately. This is a part time role, working Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
