About this role
As a Streetworks Manager, you will manage a team of Streetworks administrators who are responsible for the analysis of Streetworks charges and liaising with our client in accordance with Streetworks legislation. The TMA department are an integral section within the larger department and are a huge support function that works to protect the business from accepting liability for charges that we are not responsible for. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role Manage and efficiently resource the team, including weekend requirements, ensuring the office operation has adequate coverage, aligning to the field operation. Knowledge of the New Road and Street Works Act and Highway Permit Schemes is essential as well as experience of using Street Manager. Excellent communication and organisational skills to effectively lead a team and deal with queries. Ensure compliance is maintained in line with contractual KPIs. Ensure feedback is returned to client within agreed SLA’s Ensure investigations carried out into charges are thorough and any rejections are in line with legislation Feed areas for improvement into other teams within the department Manage internal and external stakeholders
