We have an amazing opportunity to support our growth and the technical/ sustainable product development of our Mountain Warehouse, Animal and Eastern Mountain Sports brands. The role is multi-product women’s, men’s and childrenswear with a jersey focus. The successful candidates will have oversight of a small product area. Managing the quality and fit for a capsule area with the support of a senior. Running fit meetings for your area, driving consistency and fit improvements. Driving innovation in product, performance, and sustainability through benchmarking and technical projects. Integral part of the buying team, working with the Garment Technologist to deliver technical suitability of fabric, construction, and fit. Managing your categories testing and AQL programme. Monitoring returns data to identify poor performance and deliver improvements. Building supplier relationships to influence quality and fit.
