We’re looking for a Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team and help create an exceptional experience from the moment a client walks through our doors. If you’re an experienced veterinary receptionist, veterinary client service representative, veterinary customer service professional, or animal hospital receptionist who enjoys working with people and pets in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you. Bayshore Animal Clinic 2812 W Gandy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33611 Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM Sunday: Closed Greet clients and patients with a warm, professional, and compassionate approach Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage appointment flow Obtain and update patient medical histories and client information Check clients in and out and process invoices and payments accurately Fill prescriptions and assist with food and over-the-counter product requests Communicate patient needs and client concerns with veterinarians and veterinary technicians Maintain accurate patient records and enter information into veterinary practice management software Assist clients with questions regarding appointments, services, medications, and hospital policies Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Provide compassionate support to clients during routine visits, emergencies, and end-of-life experiences
