About this role
We are looking for Solution Architect to drive the evolution of our ride-hailing and super-app platform. In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams and the domains directors to define architecture strategy, ensure scalable and resilient solutions, and guide key technical decisions while supporting rapid product growth. Participate in system design and architectural decisionmaking in collaboration with development teams, ensuring a balance between speed, quality, and resilience Collaborate with the architecture team to develop a long-term roadmap for the evolution of the platform architecture and technological solutions, enabling scalability and sustainable business growth Conduct audits of key services, identify technical debt, and propose a modernization strategy to support high load and rapid product launches Drive the development of architecture and related processes Define the architectural vision and technical strategy in collaboration with the CTO and other architects
