At Group O, our clients’ Digital Experience Design team focuses on creating intuitive, connected digital journeys across every customer touchpoint. We use human centered design to solve complex problems, adapt to evolving customer needs, and uncover future opportunities. As a UX Designer, you will craft scalable, high quality digital experiences for business customers. This role is well suited for a confident, detail oriented designer who can own key aspects of the user experience, deliver production ready assets, and collaborate closely with cross functional partners in a fast paced environment. In this role, you will translate complex requirements into clear, engaging, and user friendly solutions, thoughtfully balancing usability, accessibility, and visual design to create meaningful customer experiences. Essential Functions: Design end to end user experiences for web platforms, from wireframes through high fidelity, production ready designs Create clean, visually compelling layouts with strong attention to hierarchy, composition, and usability Produce developer ready design files, specifications, and assets with precision and consistency Apply UX best practices and ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers Contribute to and work within established design systems to ensure consistency across experiences Clearly articulate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders and partners Incorporate insights from user research, usability testing, and A/B testing into iterative design improvements
