About this role
The Business Analyst works as a liaison between IT and business units; acts as a consultant; works with project teams; runs reports to ensure accurate solutions · Coordinating service, operations, and unit reports on an as needed basis · Enhancing the automation of generating operational reports · Work with management to identify criteria for required reports and dashboards · Ensure accuracy of the data · Apply Business specific verbiage especially for Customer interface · Request systemic changes to further advance the reporting capabilities of the company · Work effectively with customers to develop and deliver the required reports · Work effectively with consultants and internal resources to accomplish required tasks · Manage projects efficiently and effectively · Produce ad-hoc reports when requested · Communicate issues timely and professionally · Adhere to company policies and procedures
