We are looking for an Associate Data Operations Analyst to join our Client Experience, Managed Services team. You will help process, reconcile, transform and verify client data used in regulatory and compliance filing activities. Working with analysts, specialists and subject-matter experts, you will investigate data issues, maintain mappings, monitor filing schedules and help ensure that client deliverables are accurate and completed on time. This is an opportunity to take ownership of recurring responsibilities, develop your technical and client communication skills, and progress from Associate to Intermediate and Senior levels. The role is primarily remote and follows working hours of 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Occasional additional hours may be needed around client deadlines or holiday cover. Technology Stack Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office SQL VBA Macros Python Internal systems and proprietary company software Advanced Excel capability and basic SQL knowledge are important for the role. VBA Macros and Python are beneficial, but Python is not required from day one. Key Responsibilities Process, reconcile, cleanse and verify client data, including updating mapping tables and working files. Monitor internal tools, data traffic and filing schedules, following up on delayed data submissions where required. Analyse data, investigate business and client queries, and resolve or escalate inconsistencies. Create and load filings, perform calculations, and complete validation and quality checks on deliverables. Produce reports, maintain process documentation and capture operational changes.
