As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage vacancies end to end, from initial intake through to offer and onboarding. You will partner closely with hiring managers to shape role requirements, create clear hiring documentation, and define an approach that fits each role. Your primary focus will be on owning and progressing vacancies, including how roles are marketed, how candidates are assessed, and how processes move forward. You will act as a consistent point of contact for hiring managers, ensuring hiring activity is organised, visible, and delivered to plan. Alongside this, you will have the opportunity to take a more proactive approach to hiring. This includes building talent pipelines, identifying and engaging future candidates ahead of demand, and contributing to how we attract talent more effectively. You may also support initiatives across automation, tooling, and process improvement to enhance how recruitment is delivered.
