About this role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process. As an important member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will help ensure a high-quality, professional and efficient recruitment service while supporting hiring across the business. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, the wider People & Culture team, recruitment agencies and external partners to coordinate vacancy advertising, candidate processes, interview scheduling and recruitment administration, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Being the first point of contact for recruitment-related queries from both employees and external candidates, providing a professional and responsive experience throughout the recruitment process. Creating, maintaining and coordinating job adverts across our careers site, LinkedIn and relevant job boards. Organising and maintaining candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Scheduling candidate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones, and managing the administration of interview feedback. Maintaining and regularly reviewing job descriptions, ensuring consistency with agreed global standards and best practices. Liaising with the P&C team to ensure offer letters and employment contracts are drafted, approved and sent to candidates, and returned for P&C records. Supporting the coordination of recruitment agencies and external recruitment partners, ensuring relevant information and vendor records are kept up to date. Supporting accurate recruitment reporting and analytics, including recruitment activity, time to fill, offers and other relevant recruitment metrics. Supporting candidate experience initiatives, including gathering and analysing feedback where required. Creating process maps and identifying and implementing process improvements in collaboration with the wider P&C team.
