【主要工作內容 Main Job Desk】 1. 商品上架、補貨與陳列，維持門市整潔及形象 Perform product shelving， restocking， and display while maintaining store cleanliness and image 2. 提供顧客服務，解答問題並協助購物 Provide customer service， answer inquiries， and assist with shopping needs 3. 操作收銀機，處理結帳、付款及找零 Operate the cashier system to handle billing， payments， and change 4. 協助商品訂貨、收貨與庫存管理 Assist with ordering， receiving， and inventory management 5. 配合門市促銷活動，協助執行行銷方案 Support and execute in-store promotional activities 6. 依照SOP準備餐飲（如咖啡、簡餐、熱食等） Prepare food and beverages (such as coffee， light meals， hot snacks) according to SOP 【主要條件要求 Main Requirements】 1. 態度積極、負責任，具服務熱忱 Positive， responsible， and passionate about customer service 2. 具備良好團隊合作與溝通能力 Good teamwork and communication skills 3. 具餐飲或零售相關經驗者尤佳 Experience in food service or retail is preferred
