About this role
1. 執行微生物培養、發酵實驗及相關條件優化 2. 進行發酵飼料、生物飼料及益生菌配方設計與分析 3. 依研究需求規劃實驗流程，操作實驗室設備並完成數據整理與分析 4. 蒐集、閱讀及整理國內外科技文獻，掌握微生物、發酵與農牧生技研究趨勢 5. 協助研究計畫規劃、執行與成果報告撰寫 6. 依實驗結果進行問題分析、方法調整與研究優化 7. 遵循實驗室安全規範、品質要求及相關法規 8. 與研發團隊協作，推動研究成果於農業、畜產及水產領域的應用
