About the Role As a Category Manager for the House of Agave, Whiskeys, and Local Brands at Campari Argentina SA, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic development and commercial success of these diverse and dynamic beverage categories. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead category management efforts within a globally recognized company, while working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for Agave spirits, Whiskeys, and Local Brands to achieve business objectives and adapt to market trends. Conduct in-depth market analysis and consumer insights studies to identify opportunities, competitive dynamics, and customer needs within the categories. Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align category goals with overall business plans and ensure seamless execution. Manage product portfolios by evaluating performance, recommending new product launches, adjustments, or discontinuations to optimize the assortment. Drive pricing strategies and promotional plans to enhance category profitability while meeting consumer expectations. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and internal teams, to foster collaboration and support for category initiatives. Monitor and report on category performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects related to category growth and innovation. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in category management, preferably within the beverage alcohol industry or FMCG sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and translate it into strategic actions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners. Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in using relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting. Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable, given the international nature of the business.
