Job Overview: The role operates in the Asia Parnership Markets Regional Team, reports to Head of Spirits Category and would be responsible for turning brand strategy into local market impact The role is execution-led, collaborating closely with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, distributor partners and agencies, to build brands and drive conversion, delivering against brand and commercial objectives Key Responsibilities and Activities Marketing Campaigns & Activations To partner with in-market teams on delivering fully integrated campaign and execution standards in market, working closely with agencies to deliver best in class brand campaigns and channel activations Ensure timely delivery of assets, materials and reporting Support distributor partners and in-market teams with clear briefs, toolkits and playbooks for execution The role supports the in-market teams with project planning, promotional collaterals development, consolidating trackers & reports for insightful analysis to improve decision making process Channel Execution Standards The person will also be tasked to translate data into actionable insights with clear recommendations on actions to drive sell out at point-of-sales and be the lead to execute impactful events for channel activations Provide support on channel marketing, providing inputs on ranging, promotional tactics and activation planning Work with internal teams to translate brand activity into distribution, visibility and rate of sale Ensure brand standards, visual identity and messaging are consistently and correctly implemented in market Market Intelligence & Administration Gather market insights, activation feedback and competitor activities from markets. Share learnings and best practices across markets to continuously improve execution quality Support post-campaign reviews and performance analysis, track KPIs including activation effectiveness, distribution gains and basic performance metrics Raise PO’s via SAP system and perform GR on invoices to maintain accounting hygiene, including creation of new vendors and providing regular updates on budgets Key Relationships Internal: Country and Area Managers and Regional Brand Team External: Distributors partners and agency partners Experience Required Experience in Brand and Trade Marketing is essential (5+ yrs) Experience in the On-Premise channel will be a bonus Tertiary Education, with bachelor’s degree with relevant subject focus essential Spirits & FMCG industry experience would be highly regarded Skills Analytical skills - The ability to translate industry, channel, customer, category and brand information into actionable insights for the Marketing and Sales functions Superior communication skills - The ability to translate actionable insights into compelling internal and external presentations (written and verbal), with the ability to influence and excite Project Management - Ability to coordinate and manage a complex project timeline, working with various internal and external stakeholders Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: At Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
