PORSCHE INTER AUTO UKRAINE LLC is the official dealer of Volkswagen and Audi cars in Kyiv and Kyiv region. Possible Tasks within this Role Providing technical support to users and resolving IT incidents. Configuring and maintaining computer hardware, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. Managing user accounts and access rights. Installing, updating, and supporting software and operating systems. Monitoring IT infrastructure and troubleshooting technical issues. Maintaining documentation and handling requests through the Service Desk system. Training and advising users on IT tools and services. Qualification requirements Experience in IT Support or Service Desk. Good knowledge of Windows, iOS, and basic networking. Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools. Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Customer-focused mindset and commitment to excellent user support.
