We're looking for reliable, hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our fast-paced team and play an important part in keeping the operation running smoothly. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity , working any 5 days from 7 on a 22:00–06:00 shift . Whether you have previous warehouse experience or you're looking to develop new skills, you'll receive the training and support you need to succeed. What you'll do on a typical day: Pick customer orders using a headset voice-picking system Pick a wide range of products onto pallets or cages , with individual items weighing up to 15kg Safely operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) on a daily basis, including Reach Truck, PPT or LLOP Carry out general warehouse duties and assist with other tasks as required during your shift What you need to succeed at GXO: A willingness to learn new skills and work with warehouse equipment, with full training provided Flexibility to support different areas of the operation and adapt to changing priorities when needed The ability to carry out manual handling duties , including lifting, pulling and pushing Good attention to detail and a positive approach to working as part of a team.
