Job Purpose and Impact The Trade Execution Coordinator, under direct supervision, will help coordinate with Internal & External Stakeholders for Vendor Payments. In this role, you will participate in supporting Trade Execution team with different activities in a timely manner. Key Accountabilities Vendor payment & reconcile account statement & prepare/update relevant trackers. Vessel Screening, setting up of vessel in ERP & OpenText. Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to verify and comply with all requirements for Vendor Payments. Prepare Monthly data of activities handled for PowerBi Dashboard. Maintain files for import and export documents to ensure clean Internal/External Audits. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience The role: This role will support US and Canada in trade execution activities, the shift hours for this position is from 5:30pm - 2:30am IST.
