About the role: We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager – Outbound Sales to join Origin’s LPG Business Sales team in Melbourne. This is a true new business hunting role , suited to someone who enjoys prospecting, picking up the phone and creating opportunities from scratch. You’ll spend a significant part of your day cold calling prospective business customers , following up leads and running targeted outbound campaigns to grow Origin’s LPG customer base. You’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, overcoming objections and converting opportunities into new customers, while also identifying win-back and cross-sell opportunities. Proactively cold call and prospect new business customers Build and manage your own sales pipeline through outbound activity and targeted campaigns Convert new leads into customers through confident, consultative sales conversations Identify win-back and cross-sell opportunities to drive further growth Own the customer journey from first conversation through to onboarding and first delivery Work closely with Field Sales, Operations and Logistics to deliver a strong customer experience What will you bring?
