JOB SUMMARY The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor will provide facility level overall health/ inventory support. Supervise team in running of day-to-day client operations and improvement projects for complex clients or multiple clients. Primary goal is to provide clients and facility manager an objective internal audit processes to understand root cause and drive improvement JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise all aspects of inventory team including cycle counts and other supporting audits. Supervise all aspects of resources focused on ongoing facility letdown, rearrangement and slotting. Monitor and interpret results of reports necessary to improve and sustain total Facility Health. Primary contact for facility health activities working closely with Headquarters Facility Health Team. Supervise and/or monitor external services supporting facility health activities. Supervise and produce detailed RCCA’s analysis, with organized conclusions for drive improvement. Oversee and develop work instructions to perform tasks. Supervise projects and distribute workload to team members with accountability for the teams’ results. Supervise, train, mentor staff. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in a closely related field 3+ years' relevant experience Data querying/analysis from multiple sources Detailed knowledge of Inventory and Storage philosophies Client-facing experience and business acumen Able to work flex schedule or off shifts as required Strong leadership skills Desired Qualifications Experience in Project Management Experience with 6 Sigma Experience with ERP & WM systems Experience in managing a diverse Team environment PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds. ADDITIONAL INFO Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Good verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas.
