This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our growing, thriving team and play a key role in the continued expansion of our Door Kits business. Working in a modern, purpose-built facility, you'll produce accurate and commercially competitive quotations for door kit solutions supplied to house builders. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements to deliver cost-effective solutions that support customer satisfaction, business growth, and a smooth transition from quotation to order fulfilment. External Job Description Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws. Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys. Has full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable work experience. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision. Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial and conflicting data. Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions. Internal Job Description What impact you will make: Prepare accurate, competitive quotations for door kit packages by reviewing customer specifications, drawings, schedules, and project requirements, while ensuring pricing and margins align with business objectives. Provide technical and commercial support by resolving specification queries, clarifying project requirements with customers and internal teams, and delivering quotations that maximise sales opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Scheduling, and Production teams to ensure a smooth transition from quotation through to order fulfilment and successful project delivery. Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing estimating tools, templates, and pricing databases, while identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround times. What you'll need to succeed: Good knowledge of internal door products, related components, and specification requirements. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schedules, specifications, and customer requirements accurately. Experience preparing quotations and delivering commercially sound solutions for house builders, developers, contractors, and construction customers. Experience within the door, door kit, joinery, or broader construction products sector would be an advantage. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Customer-focused with strong communication skills. Good IT skills, including Excel; Salesforce experience would be an advantage. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
