District Sales Representative – Central Region London / Woodstock / Ingersol / Tillsonburg area Ontario Reports to: District Sales Manager Summary: This position will be responsible for uncovering and securing new opportunities and business in the Central Region. Location: Ontario Province Responsibilities: Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential. Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development. Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts. Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan. Conduct in-depth research on various applications and develop a viable business plan to support them. Segmentation of different applications versus clientele. Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments. Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Timely completion of all sales administration. Minimum Requirements: Technical Degree, Masters, or similar, preferably in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering or mechatronics Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object 5 years relevant experience Specific knowledge in the Automation, electrical, electronic, or pneumatic segments Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster This is a summary of the position profile only and is intended to summarize the position requirements. Compensation: Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible for a variable incentive plan.
