Type of contract: Employment contract Salary range: 15850 - 24300 PLN gross What will you do? Join a strategic transformation initiative focused on building a high-performance open-source ecosystem on Google Cloud Platform. As a Senior Technical Delivery Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery across a complex polyglot environment, ensuring secure software delivery, operational excellence, scalable cloud infrastructure, and effective collaboration between engineering and business stakeholders. Your tasks Lead end-to-end delivery of software products and services Bridge business priorities with technical execution and architecture decisions Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks Ensure DevSecOps practices, compliance requirements, and security standards are embedded into the development lifecycle Manage sprint health and support Agile delivery processes Remove technical blockers and enable engineering teams to deliver efficiently Conduct code reviews and support troubleshooting of applications and cloud infrastructure Support Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform Drive continuous improvement using DORA metrics and engineering performance indicators Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across frontend, backend, and SRE teams Guide the evaluation and adoption of open-source technologies Support incident management and production issue resolution Manage stakeholder communication and project dependencies Your skills 10+ years of experience in software engineering Hands-on experience with at least two of the following technologies: Java, Python, Node.js, Go Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and Kanban Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services including GKE, Cloud Run, Identity-Aware Proxy, and Cloud SQL Experience with PostgreSQL databases Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure software delivery Experience with container security and compliance automation Experience managing secrets and security controls Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to analyze and improve engineering performance using DORA metrics Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Terraform Ability to support production environments and incident response Nice to have Experience working in large-scale cloud transformation programs Knowledge of open-source platform modernization initiatives Experience in Site Reliability Engineering environments Exposure to React applications and frontend delivery Experience replacing proprietary platforms with open-source solutions Knowledge of observability and monitoring practices We offer Hybrid work in our client's office (Kraków) 6-8 days a month Working in a highly experienced and dedicated team Benefit package tailored to your needs (medical, sport, lunch subsidy, life insurance, etc.) Online training and certifications Access to e-learning platform Social events
