Type of contract: Employment contract Salary range: 15850 - 24300 PLN gross What will you do? You will join a large-scale financial services environment supporting investment banking operations. The role focuses on driving digital transformation, process automation, data integration, and application modernization initiatives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining cloud-native platforms, automating delivery processes, and enabling efficient software development practices in a highly regulated environment. Your tasks Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and AKS environments Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions with Terraform Implement and improve DevOps practices, automation and deployment processes Collaborate with development teams to enhance software delivery and operational efficiency Support cloud-native application deployments and Kubernetes platform operations Apply AI-assisted software development practices to improve productivity and quality Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Ensure compliance with SDLC standards, security requirements and operational best practices Your skills 6+ years of DevOps engineering experience Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD implementations Proven Azure cloud expertise Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Strong Kubernetes administration and platform engineering skills Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code Java development background Experience with AI-assisted software development Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Nice to have Experience in Client Lifecycle domain We offer Hybrid work in our client's office (Kraków) 3 days a week Working in a highly experienced and dedicated team Benefit package tailored to your needs (medical, sport, lunch subsidy, life insurance, etc.) Online training and certifications Access to e-learning platform Social events
