Type of contract: Employment contract Salary range: 17400 - 26700 PLN gross What will you do? You will join a team delivering large-scale financial services platforms supporting investment banking operations. The role focuses on digital transformation, process automation, application modernization, and AI-driven software development within a highly regulated environment. You will work across both frontend and backend components while leveraging modern AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and business outcomes. Your tasks Design and develop full stack applications using React JS and Java Build and enhance solutions supporting investment banking operations Leverage GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot in daily development activities Apply Generative AI capabilities to improve software delivery and business processes Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Implement and maintain scalable, high-quality, and secure software solutions Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices Contribute to application modernization and automation initiatives Your skills 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer Strong experience with React JS and Java Experience working with GitHub CLI and Microsoft 365 Copilot Sound understanding of Generative AI concepts and frontier models Strong communication skills Strong domain knowledge in collateral and margin management Experience with prompt engineering Understanding of structured context in codebases, including AGENTS.md and skills frameworks Nice to have Knowledge of databases, preferably Sybase Understanding of AI agents and ability to build them when required Understanding of different AI model types and concepts such as online models, offline models, open-weight models, RAG, and context management Experience in AI engineering We offer Hybrid work in our client's office (Kraków) 3 days a week Working in a highly experienced and dedicated team Benefit package tailored to your needs (medical, sport, lunch subsidy, life insurance, etc.) Online training and certifications Access to e-learning platform Social events
