Type of contract: Employment contract Salary range: 14600 - 22300 PLN gross What will you do? You will work on large-scale financial services platforms supporting investment banking operations, focusing on digital transformation, process automation, data integration, and application modernization. The role combines backend development and DevOps responsibilities, with a strong focus on cloud-native technologies, high-performance messaging systems, and scalable enterprise solutions deployed in a highly regulated environment. Your tasks Design and develop Java-based applications and services Implement and maintain cloud-native solutions on Azure and AKS Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Helm Develop and optimize messaging solutions using Kafka and RabbitMQ Enhance application security using Spring Security Deploy and maintain containerized applications Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and delivery Work with SQL and PostgreSQL databases Support application modernization and automation initiatives Your skills 5-10 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Java-based applications Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security Experience in DevOps practices and cloud-native application development Practical knowledge of Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Terraform, and Helm Experience with containerization technologies and deploying applications in Kubernetes environments Experience working with messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ and Kafka Experience building and maintaining high-performance messaging applications Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL Experience working with distributed caching and data grid technologies such as Apache Ignite and Hazelcast Strong performance tuning and optimization skills Nice to have A sense of entrepreneurship We offer Hybrid work in our client's office (Kraków) 3 days a week Working in a highly experienced and dedicated team Benefit package tailored to your needs (medical, sport, lunch subsidy, life insurance, etc.) Online training and certifications Access to e-learning platform Social events
